Massembre, Ardennes with your class

Children rotate through hands-on nature workshops — identifying aquatic insects using biotic indices, creating fossils, building musical instruments from forest materials, learning to identify trees by touch and smell. In between, there are trapeze jumps, kids' adventure parcours in the treetops, and shared evening experiences — a casino night, a show, a disco — that build the kind of class bonds teachers talk about for years. Everything is structured, supervised, and age-appropriate, with a clear rhythm of activity, free time, meals, and rest.

On the Move holds ABELIO safety certification and operates to L'Office quality assurance standards — every trip is managed by a dedicated project manager with 24/7 emergency support.

Students come home with…

  • A hands-on understanding of the water cycle, forest ecosystems, and local geology — experienced, not just read about
  • The memory of jumping from a trapeze (probably for the first time)
  • New friendships forged across language sections
  • A leaf identification wheel they made themselves
  • The quiet pride of having spent nights away from home and loved it
