Every programme is quoted per participant and depends on the destination, course intensity, accommodation and length of stay. After a short discovery call we send a transparent, all-in proposal within 48 hours - no hidden fees, and group rates apply from a handful of participants.

We handle it all: course booking, accommodation, travel, insurance, the full administrative file and a single consolidated invoice. For schools and institutions we also prepare Erasmus+ conventions and the supporting documents.

Four to eight weeks is comfortable for most destinations, but we regularly arrange faster turnarounds. For large groups or peak periods (summer, year-end), the earlier you get in touch, the more choice you'll have.
