- Contact data you give us through the quote form (name, email, phone, organisation, your message).
- Booking data needed to organise a stay or trip (dates, group size, preferences).
- Technical data such as anonymised analytics (pages viewed, approximate region) where you have accepted cookies.
Why we use it
- To answer enquiries and prepare a tailored quote (pre-contract / consent).
- To organise and deliver your language stay, school trip or professional programme (contract).
- To improve the website and our services (legitimate interest, where you accepted analytics cookies).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up, and booking data for the legal retention periods that apply to travel and accounting records. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
Sharing your data
We only share data with the partners required to deliver your trip (e.g. partner schools, accommodation, insurers, transport) and with service providers under contract. We never sell your data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@onthemove.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données).
